my tipplers are not flying high in the sky like they used to can anybody tell why they think this is

Hi I have just started flying some Newton pigeons and realised how good they are so I'm interested to see if any body's got any for sale

i am a pigeon flier and needs to learn how to achieve the maximum flying hours from my flying loft.

In Wendell Levis book The Pigeon, on page 225 bottom right there is a picture of a Stettiner Tippler. I would like to know where I could obtain this breed. Thank you for your help. Bud Osborne
